How we work

From very first communication we will arrange a consultation to come to your property and asses your requirements.

At the first stage we may ask you where your intended budget stands, this will help us ascertain what types of fabrics and hardware ie: tracks, poles, etc we should bring to show you. if you do not have an intended budget, we will be very happy to give you an approximate estimate over the phone or by email prior to us visiting your property.

1. From arriving at your door, we will measure and photograph all windows. we will discuss all design and fabric options.

2. We will discuss all types of tracks, poles and fittings showing you a large selection of designs from our photographic catalogue. these designs can be emailed to you upon request.

3. Once you have chosen your fabrics, we will send you a copy of swatches by mail to your home. therefore enabling you to see your design hands-on.

4. Estimate
A detailed estimate will be sent to you within 7 days, or if required our 'PLATINUM service' will provide this in 1-3 days. this provides full details of our meeting, fabric and costs.

5. Upon your approval of the estimate, work will begin and a booking will be made for your first fitting date. all fabrics will be ordered and hardware will be fitted at this stage ie: tracks, poles, etc. a full check measure will then be taken, to ensure 100% accuracy.

6. Your fitting day
A member of curtains london will contact you, and arrange the final fitting. All work will be hung and dressed and steamed leaving an amazing transformation to your property. All works are fully guaranteed..
